About The Event Organizer
Covenant by Design is hosted by Dwayne Lemon and his wife, Alexandra a couple who believe deeply in the importance of intentional marriage. They understand that strong marriages are not built by accident, but through presence, communication, grace, and a willingness to grow together.
This retreat was created out of a desire to offer couples a safe and meaningful space to slow down, reconnect, and refocus on what truly matters. Dwayne and his wife approach this weekend not as experts with all the answers, but as fellow travelers who value honesty, reflection, and intentional time together.
Their hope is to create an environment that feels welcoming, grounded, and supportive for couples at every stage of marriage.
